Larry Carboni, CPA

Larry Carboni joined Whittlesey in 2016 after spending 30 years in public accounting with two national accounting firms. He has knowledge and experience auditing banks, credit unions, non-regulated lenders, business development companies, benefit plans, and nonprofit entities. His banking experience is extensive, serving as an audit partner on both public and non-public banks throughout the Northeast. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA). He also serves on the CTCPA's financial institutions committee and is a past chair of the committee. Larry is actively involved with the Junior Achievement of Southwest New England and currently serves on the board of directors.
