Thomas Dowling is Holyoke's Partner-In-Charge, with over 15 years of experience in assurance, tax, and advisory services. Over his career in public accounting, Thomas has focused primarily on family-owned businesses, including construction, manufacturing, medical practices, and real estate. Thomas also has significant experience servicing nonprofit organizations. He is skilled in advising organizations on internal controls, and fraud risk assessments. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts and is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), as well as the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
