Whittlesey Hires New Tax Managers

Whittlesey, a leading assurance, advisory, tax, and technology firm, is proud to Whittlesey is pleased to announce the promotions of Patrick Kelly, CPA and Gabriel Rosado, CPA to manager.

Patrick Kelly joined the Firm in 2013 and has over eight years of experience in public accounting providing assurance services for privately held and nonprofit entities, with expertise in real estate, low-income housing, and closely-held businesses.

Patrick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA). He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University.

Gabriel Rosado joined the Firm in 2016 and has over 15 years of public accounting experience providing tax and advisory services to high-net worth individuals and closely-held and retail industries. He has expertise in tax compliance, IRS and State audit representation, trusts and estates, and sales and use tax, and tax credit consulting.

Gabriel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA). He earned a Master of Science Master of Science in Taxation from University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University.
