Whittlesey’s Katherine Donovan Named One of CTCPA Women Awardees

Whittlesey manager Katherine Donovan was named one of Connecticut Society of CPA’s (CTCPA) first-ever “Women to Watch.”

Ms. Donovan has over seven years of service with the Firm, with a concentration in assurance services for nonprofit organizations and closely-held businesses. She is a member of Whittlesey’s closely held niche and employee benefits subcommittee and is a member of many nonprofit boards. Ms. Donovan earned her Master of Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut.

CTCPA’s Women’s Awards recognized seven outstanding  CPAs for the many contributions they make to the profession. This year’s recipients were chosen from more than 50 nominations and come from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. The winners will be honored at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell on Wednesday, January 22.
