Kathie brings over 30 years of strategic HR expertise across all aspects of human resources. As an Executive Coach, she adopts a personalized approach to help leaders enhance their skills, overcome challenges, and improve their overall effectiveness. This not only contributes to their personal success but also to the success of their organizations. During her time at Whittlesey, the company has expanded operations and gained recognition as one of America's fastest-growing firms. Kathie also co-chairs the Human Resources Committee at Allinial Global, demonstrating her leadership in the industry. She holds several certifications, including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, ACC, and CPCC in coaching, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hartford.
